I think the success of many teams boils down to many of the assistant coaches out there. It is very evident when you see a game where one team has a sideline with 4-5 coaches, and the other team only has one guy. For myself personally, it is great when I can break up practices into different stations run by that "specialty" coach and during timouts players can go straight to their position coach. Hopefully since we have seen the rapid growth lately, some of the graduating college player will come our continuing the developement.
On the flip side, I truly admire the coaches thjat don't have the luxury of numerous assistants yet still find ways to be succcessfull year in and year out.
